You create an account, choose a memorial package, and fill in simple forms with the deceased’s details (name, dates, story, photos, funeral programme, etc.). Once published, you get a unique link you can share on WhatsApp, Facebook, SMS, church announcements, and printed materials.
Any family member, close friend, or authorized representative (e.g., funeral planner, church leader, or association) can create a memorial page. We advise that one person coordinates with the family to avoid duplicate pages.
Yes. You can log in to your account and edit the obituary text, photos, and funeral details anytime. This is especially useful if dates, times, or venues change, or if you want to add more stories and tributes later.
The duration depends on the package you choose. Some plans include hosting for a specific number of months or years, while others may offer long-term or extended hosting. Details will be clearly stated on the pricing page, and you can renew if you want the page to remain online longer.
